Amendment C120 to the Hume Planning Scheme
The Craigieburn R2 Precinct Structure Plan was originally approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 18 November 2010 under Amendment C120 to the Hume Planning Scheme. It was amended on 21 January 2022 by the Minister for Planning, under Amendment C246hume.

Amendment GC75
The Development Contributions Plan (DCP) for this precinct was amended as a result of Amendment GC75. Amendment GC75 made changes to 43 existing DCPs by making changes to the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) payable in these DCPs.
