How We Plan

The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) works closely with councils and local communities, government agencies, landowners and developers to prepare structure plans for new communities across Victoria. To steer how we undertake and deliver these plans, the VPA has developed suite of policies, procedures and related guidance documents.

This guidance material is periodically reviewed and updated, with new information also added from time to time.
