Project Status Update – September 2025
We have progressed the planning for the Cardinia Creek South Part 2 precinct by engaging with stakeholders to refine the scope of the structure plan while identifying opportunities to streamline the draft amendment.
Since our last update in July, we have:
- Continued to refine the scope of required technical assessments to inform the Precinct Structure Plan.
- Commenced regular project meetings with the City of Casey to discuss project management and deliverables.
- Engaged with landowners, government agencies and the Registered Aboriginal Party to refine the scope of required technical assessments.
In the coming months, we will be focused on finalising technical work in partnership with the City of Casey. We will also be validating the Cardinia Creek South Part 2 PSP with key stakeholders in preparation for the draft planning scheme amendment.
