Project Status Update – November 2025

We are hosting an online project recommencement session on 26 November 2025 at 5:00pm. If you would like to attend, please check the Overview section.  

Since our last update in September 2025, we have progressed the planning for the Parwan Employment Precinct by: 

• Commenced updates to the following technical reports: 
  • Historic heritage​. 
  • Biodiversity and targeted surveys.​ 
  • High Level Utilities and Servicing Assessment.​  
• Commenced preparation of the following technical reports:  
  • Arboriculture.​ 
  • Bushfire assessment​. 
  • Economic and retail​. 
• Continued to investigate:  
  • Drainage options with Melbourne Water to inform their preparation of the Development Service Scheme (DSS). 
  • Background report requirements with the Wadawurrung and the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action. 
  • Economic growth with Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions.    

In the coming months, our efforts will be directed toward delivering the online information session and completing both new and updating existing technical reports.
