Project Status Update – March 2026
The VPA has prepared a draft amendment (C306case) to the Casey Planning Scheme to deliver the Cardinia Creek South Part 2 Precinct Structure Plan.
The draft amendment rezones the Cardinia Creek South (Part 2) area to Urban Growth Zone Schedule 12 (UGZ12), amends the extend of the Heritage Overlay (HO16) and makes changes to the incorporated Precinct Structure Plan to include the previously excluded Part 2 area enabling its future residential development.
Public consultation is open and will conclude on 12 April 2026 at 5pm.
Members of the public are invited to view and have their say on the draft plans for the precinct and are invited to attend an online information session.
