Project Status Updates
Project Status Update – May 2026
We continue to progress the planning for the Inner West Employment Zoning. We conducted public consultation from 16 February to 22 March 2026 and received a of total 57 submissions.
We are currently working to review and resolve all submissions. As part of this process, we will update the amendment documents as necessary.
Since our last update in February 2026, we have:
- Finished public consultation.
- Liaised with government agencies.
- Begun responding to submitters.
In the coming weeks, we will be focused on responding to the remaining submitters and finalising the draft amendment documentation for lodgement with the Minister for Planning.
