Project Status Updates

Project Status Updates – May 2023

The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) has been working with Hume City Council to progress the planning for Greenvale North Part 2 Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) by reviewing draft background reports submitted by our Alternative Delivery Program partners, Satterley Property Group (Satterley).  

Since commencing work on this project in July 2022 we have: 

  • Signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Deed to oversee the Alternative Delivery Program pilot with Satterley  
  • Reviewed background reports  
  • Held a co-design workshop with state and local government agencies and project partners 
  • Produced a co-design workshop summary report – available via the Co-Design Workshop Summary Report tab below.

In the coming months we will be focused on finalising our review of the technical reports and preparing the precinct structure plan.
