Amendment C161 to the Melton Planning Scheme
The Paynes Road Precinct Structure Plan was approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 17 March 2016 under Amendment C161 to the Melton Planning Scheme.
Amendment C161 included changes to the Toolern Precinct Structure Plan and Toolern Development Contributions Plan and associated planning scheme ordinances to distinguish the new Paynes Road Precinct Structure Plan area from the Toolern Precinct Structure Plan area it was previously part of.
