The City of Greater Geelong is the Planning Authority for the preparation of Precinct Structure Plans (PSP) and Infrastructure Contributions Plans (ICP) within the Northern Geelong Growth Area. The first of these PSPs is the Elcho Road East PSP which has commenced.
The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) has completed their advisory role to Council for this project.
