Practical Ecology Pty Ltd was commissioned by Growth Areas Authority to undertake a targeted flora and fauna survey, and habitat hectare assessment within Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) area 16; Cranbourne North (Stage 2), Victoria. The purpose of this report is to provide information on the flora and fauna species, Ecological Vegetation Classes (EVCs),
