Draft planning scheme amendment open for consultation

We have prepared draft amendment (C117gshe) to the Greater Shepparton Planning Scheme to implement the Shepparton South East Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) and Development Contributions Plan (DCP) to guide growth in this area over the next 20-30 years.

We’re seeking your feedback on the Shepparton South East planning scheme amendment package.
You can view PSP, DCP and accompanying draft planning scheme amendment C117gshe and submit feedback at engage.vic.gov.au/sheppartonsoutheast. Any person can make a submission. You can provide feedback until 5.00pm, 15 April, 2024. Submissions must be made in writing to the VPA and sent by:
