Project Status Updates – March 2025

We have progressed the planning for Greenvale North (Part 2) Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) by reviewing and resolving all submissions raised during the consultation period. 

Since our last update in January 2025, we have: 

  • Worked with stakeholders to resolve outstanding submissions which has avoided the need for a VPA Projects Standing Advisory Committee. 

In the coming months, we will be focused on finalising the Greenvale North (Part 2) PSP for gazettal and submission to the Minister of Planning for consideration.
