ILGS Initial Assessment
An Initial Proposal must include the following documentation:
- Employment/Industrial land supply audit prepared by a suitably qualified professional
- Land Ownership/proponent details
- Ownership/participant parcel map
- Evidence of previous successful developments of appropriate scale
- Summary of all engagement with other landowners.
- Copies of consultation/correspondence with Council
- Copies of any agency/department consultation/correspondence
- Site Context Map
- High level Infrastructure needs analysis with high-level delivery/staging plan
- Integrated transport assessment
- Planning policy alignment report
- Copies of any required legislative approvals
- Additional Supporting Evidence
Additional but non-mandatory supporting documentation
- Site analysis and urban context studies
- Detailed investment and funding documentation
- External impact mitigation strategies (e.g., environmental, traffic)
