ILGS Initial Assessment  

An Initial Proposal must include the following documentation:  

  • Employment/Industrial land supply audit prepared by a suitably qualified professional 
  • Land Ownership/proponent details  
  • Ownership/participant parcel map 
  • Evidence of previous successful developments of appropriate scale 
  • Summary of all engagement with other landowners.  
  • Copies of consultation/correspondence with Council  
  • Copies of any agency/department consultation/correspondence  
  • Site Context Map  
  • High level Infrastructure needs analysis with high-level delivery/staging plan   
  • Integrated transport assessment  
  • Planning policy alignment report  
  • Copies of any required legislative approvals  
  • Additional Supporting Evidence 

Additional but non-mandatory supporting documentation 

  • Site analysis and urban context studies 
  • Detailed investment and funding documentation 
  • External impact mitigation strategies (e.g., environmental, traffic)
