Project Status Update – July 2025

Since our last update in May, we have progressed the planning for the Ballarat North PSP by: 

• Finalising our amendments to the draft PSP package to align with feedback from government agencies. 
• Commencing the draft of our Development Contribution Plan (DCP) with consideration for preliminary functional costings for drainage and transport infrastructure. 
• Continuing to complete technical studies including native vegetation precinct plan, land valuation studies, cultural values assessment, bushfire management report, drainage proof of concept and transport impact assessment and modelling. 

 In addition, we have published two reports commissioned by the City of Ballarat that have informed our PSP amendment:

• Ballarat North PSP – Energy Assessment (AusNet) October 2024 (PDF)

In the coming months, we will be publishing the drainage proof of concept and transport impact assessment.
