Project Status Updates

Project Status Update – November 2025

Since our last update, we’ve now completed the Standing Advisory Committee (SAC) process which was held between 20 October 2025 to 31 October 2025. At the SAC, we sought the advice of the SAC on five key items:  

  • Development contributions  
  • The transport network  
  • Drainage infrastructure 
  • The cultural and / or environmental investigation area (including the bridge investigation area)  
  • The proposed Public Acquisition Overlay  

Once the recommendations of the SAC are received, we will amend the PSP and other relevant documents accordingly.  

In the meantime, while awaiting the SAC’s advice, we will continue to work on tasks that can proceed concurrently including updates to the drainage strategy, drafting ordinance changes, and refining transport matters, amongst others.
