Project Status Update – April 2026

Since our last update in February 2026, we have progressed technical studies and actively engaged with stakeholders to inform preparation of the draft Precinct Structure Plan for Agency Validation.

This included:

• Meetings with landowners to discuss their aspirations for the precinct.
• Preparing a draft PSP and associated documentation in preparation for Agency Validation.
• Commencement of technical assessments including:
  • Biodiversity assessment
  • Integrated Transport Assessment
  • Arboriculture
  • Bushfire
  • Integrated Water Management

In the coming months, we will be continuing engagement with Moorabool Shire and focusing on Agency Validation. In addition, we will be making refinements to the draft PSP in response to Council and agency feedback alongside recommendations from ongoing technical studies.
