Project Status Update – June 2026
Since our last update in April 2026, we have continued to progress planning for the Cardinia Creek South Part 2 PSP.
We have reviewed and resolved all submissions with key agencies, landowners, and community groups. Consequently, we will not be referring submissions to a Standing Advisory Committee.
We are progressing land valuation assessments to inform the Cardinia Creek South Part 2 Infrastructure Contributions Plan (ICP). The ICP will be a separate document from the Cardinia Creek South Infrastructure Contributions Plan – March 2019 which applies to the Part 1 of the precinct.
In the coming months we will be focused on finalising the PSP and ICP documentation.
