Aviators Field Precinct Structure Plan
The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) will prepare the Aviators Field Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) and associated planning scheme amendment to the Wyndham planning scheme. The VPA will prepare this plan in consultation with Wyndham City Council, government agencies and service authorities.
Aviators Field PSP covers an area of around 414 hectares adjacent the existing Point Cook area. The PSP will sensitively consider adjacent agricultural areas and will provide residential land supply in an area with significant demand. It will complement future development in the East Werribee employment precinct.
