Amendment C186 to the Casey Planning Scheme
Clyde Creek and Casey Fields South Residential Precinct Structure Plans were approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 20 November 2014 under Amendment C186 to the Casey Planning Scheme.

The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) prepared the Clyde Creek and Casey Fields South Residential Precinct Structure Plan in consultation with the City of Casey, Government agencies and service authorities.
Clyde Creek Precinct Structure Plan sets out the planned development of a mixed use precinct which will ultimately provide 7,500 jobs and 13,900 new homes, as well as supporting services and infrastructure. The precinct extends from Hardys Road in the north to Ballarto Road in the south; and from Berwick-Cranbourne Road/Clyde-Five Ways Road in the west to Pound Road and Bells Road extension in the east.
Casey Fields South Residential Precinct Structure Plan sets out the development of a new residential community of about 1,460 new homes and facilities and services to support a new community. This plan applies to the area bound by Clyde-Five Ways Road to the east, Casey Fields Boulevard to the west; and north from Ballarto Road to the southern Boundary of Casey Fields sports fields.
