Amendment C187 to the Casey Planning Scheme
Clyde Development Contributions Plan was approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 20 November 2014 under Amendment C187 to the Casey Planning Scheme.
The Clyde Development Contributions Plan was prepared in consultation with the City of Casey, Government agencies and service authorities in order to collect developer contributions for more than $370 million to contribute towards new parks, sports facilities, community centres and roads for the Clyde Creek, Casey Fields South and Thompsons Road precincts.
The Clyde Development Contributions Plan sets out exactly how much developers are required to contribute for local infrastructure in these approved precincts. The plan includes details on the amount of the levy paid by developers and how it is calculated. The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) (then MPA) prepared this contributions plan.
