Clyde South – Landowner Information Survey

Thank you for your interest in engaging with the Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) through the planning of the Clyde South Precinct Structure Plan (the project).

The VPA is collecting information from landowners regarding:

  • Expressions of interest in entering a funding agreement with the VPA to progress the PSP
  • Access to your land for government staff and consultants to conduct on-site work
  • Any site-specific context on your land that the VPA should be aware of during the planning of the project

Please note – funding the PSP is not mandatory and you do not have to be a funder to allow access to your land.

Expressions of interest for third party funding end on 10 October 2025.  After this date – the VPA will review the level of interest and determine next steps for the project.
