Amendment C082 to the Mitchell Planning Scheme & C162 to the Whittlesea Planning Scheme
The Lockerbie North Precinct Structure Plan was approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 28 June 2012 under Amendments C082 to the Mitchell Planning Scheme and C162 to the Whittlesea Planning Scheme.

Amendment VC249
The Development Contributions Plan (DCP) for this precinct was amended as a result of Amendment GC75. Amendment GC75 made changes to 43 existing DCPs by making changes to the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) payable in these DCPs.
