Project Status Updates

Project Status Update – May 2025

We have been working with the City of Greater Geelong to progress planning for the Greater Avalon Employment Precinct.  

Since our last update in January 2025, we have: 

  • Commenced council and State Agency Consultation. 
  • Progressed Flooding & Drainage, Biodiversity, Transport and Utilities Assessments.  
  • Published the Historical Cultural Heritage Impact Assessment on our project website. 

In the coming months, we will focus on reviewing and addressing comments from council and State Government agencies on the Agency Consultation version of the project, as we prepare for public consultation in the third quarter of this year.
