Project Status Update – November 2025

We have prepared a draft amendment (C477ggee) to the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme to deliver the Greater Avalon Employment Precinct (GAEP).

Public consultation is open from 13 November 2025 and will conclude on 11 December 2025. In-person and online sessions will be held within this consultation period for community members to learn more about the precinct.
