The Victorian Planning Authority has prepared Amendment C106 to the Mitchell Planning Scheme (Mitchell Shire Council). This amendment seeks to incorporate the Beveridge North West Precinct Structure Plan, which sets out the long-term plan for urban development in the area, in to the planning scheme. Mitchell Amendment C106 is now available for public exhibition.
