How does the VPA decided which part of the precinct is built first and which areas should follow?
The following assumptions are used to inform the development staging plan. The proximity to new or existing arterial road and freeway, the proximity to existing or proposed development fronts or serviced land and the developing sequence of the Development Services Scheme (DSS).
A stage gate is proposed for Gunns Gully Road Interchange in the precinct.
