How has the planning scheme amendment been prepared?
The VPA is leading the preparation of the PSP and planning controls for the Precinct in consultation with Hume City Council and Mitchell Shire Council. The VPA is facilitating a whole-of-government approach, which includes consulting with all relevant stakeholders, including state government agencies, council, landowners, Traditional Owners and community group
