What is planned in Merrifield North?
The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA), now part of the Department of Transport and Planning’s New Communities (DTPNC) is preparing a Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) and accompanying Infrastructure Contributions Plan (ICP) for the Merrifield North Precinct, working in partnership with Hume City Council, and Mitchell Shire Council.
The PSP provides a long-term vision for the future development of Merrifield North precinct – a 970 hectares employment precinct in the Northern Growth Corridor that will deliver approximately 4,700 jobs.
