What is the Macaulay Structure Plan Refresh?
The Arden precinct is part of the wider Arden-Macaulay urban renewal area. The Macaulay precinct is immediately north of the Arden precinct.
The City of Melbourne is leading the planning for Macaulay under a separate process and is coordinating with the Arden project.
