Project Status Updates – January 2025
We have been working with Hume City Council to progress the planning for Greenvale North (Part 2) by completing a period of community consultation on the draft Precinct Structure Plan (PSP). We have also released our background report and associated planning scheme amendment documentation.
Since our last update in November 2024, we have:
- Continued to work with stakeholders to resolve submissions to avoid the need for a VPA Projects Standing Advisory Committee hearing.
In the coming months, we will be focused on finalising the Greenvale North (Part 2) PSP for gazettal. Any outstanding issues which cannot be resolved will be taken to the VPA Projects Standing Advisory Committee, who will hear the details and advise on unresolved matters.
