Project Status Updates – January 2025

We have progressed the planning for Bannockburn South East by finalising and procuring key pieces of technical work to inform the final Precinct Structure Plan, sense checking the contents of the consultation documents, and procuring the Development Contributions Plan and proposed local planning policy changes. 

Since our last update in November, we have: 

  • Continued to refine the document package based on technical work and engagement with key stakeholders. 
  • Commenced arrangements for public exhibition activities, such as notification letters and other materials. 
  • Progressed the final set of technical work, including land valuations and infrastructure design and costing.

We have also published the Integrated Transport Assessment, Integrated Water Management Issues and Opportunities Report and the Bannockburn Sodic Soils Assessment. 

In the coming months, we will focus on finalising documents and organising engagement events and material in preparation for public consultation in March this year.
