Project Status Update – September 2025

We have prepared a draft amendment (C256ball) to the Ballarat Planning Scheme to implement the Ballarat North Precinct Structure Plan (PSP), Native Vegetation Precinct Plan (NVPP) and Development Contributions Plan (DCP) to guide future development in the area.  

Public consultation is open from 19 September 2025 and will conclude on 20 October 2025. In-person and online sessions will be held within this consultation period for community members to learn more about the draft plan for the Ballarat North precinct.
