Project Status Update – February 2026

We have progressed the planning for the Melton East PSP by packaging and finalising the PSP and Infrastructure Contributions Plan (ICP). We are also progressing the land valuation process with relevant landowners.  

Since our last update in November, we have: 

• Finalised the PSP to be ready for submission. 
• Progressed the land valuation process by requesting a valuers conference with the Valuer’s General Victoria (VGV) to address the disputed valuations.  

In the coming months, we will be focused on finalising the ICP land valuations process through the VGV Conference. We will also be packaging the ICP and submitting the draft amendment to the Minister for Planning.
