Project Status Updates – April 2026
The Ballarat IGAF has been approved by the Minister for Planning, providing strategic advice on the staging and sequencing of residential growth areas in Ballarat.
The IGAF will guide growth in the City of Ballarat, in line with the objectives of Plan for Victoria. It will provide where planning should be focused to leverage off existing and committed infrastructure capacity in Ballarat.
