Project Status Updates – July 2023
The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) continues to work with Hume City Council to progress the planning for Greenvale North Part 2 Precinct Structure Plan by reviewing draft background reports submitted by our Alternative Delivery Program partners, Satterley Property Group (Satterley).
Since our last update in May, we have:
- Reviewed background reports, and
- Started drafting the place-based plan.
In the coming months we will be focused on finalising our review of the technical reports and preparing the precinct structure plan.
