Cranbourne North (Stage 1) Precinct Structure Plan

Amendment C077 to the Casey Planning Scheme

Planning and development of land in Cranbourne North is being progressed in four stages. The Cranbourne North (Stage 1) Precinct Structure Plan was approved by the Minister for Planning in April 2007, through a two-part amendment, Amendment C077 to the Casey Planning Scheme.

Cranbourne North (Stage 2) Precinct Structure Plan was later approved in August 2011.

The Cranbourne North (Stage 1) Precinct Structure Plan covers approximately 300 hectares and will eventually be home to more than 9,000 people housed in around 3,500 homes.

Amendment GC75

The Development Contributions Plan (DCP) for this precinct was amended as a result of Amendment GC75. Amendment GC75 made changes to 43 existing DCPs by making changes to the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) payable in these DCPs.
