Cranbourne North (Stage 2) Precinct Structure Plan

Amendment C125 to the Casey Planning Scheme

The Cranbourne North (Stage 2) Precinct Structure Plan was adopted by the Minister for Planning in August, 2011 through Amendment C125 to the Casey Planning Scheme. It is the second stage to Cranbourne North (Stage 1) Precinct Structure Plan.

The Cranbourne North (Stage 2) Precinct Structure Plan is expected to provide approximately 2,000 new dwellings for around 5,600 new residents over the next 20 years. The plan reflects the significant natural and heritage assets of the area, responds to the natural landforms and creek systems within the site and provides open space connections through and beyond the plan area.
