Amendment C125 to the Casey Planning Scheme
The Cranbourne North (Stage 2) PSP was adopted by the Minister for Planning in August, 2011 through Amendment C125 to the Casey Planning Scheme. It is the second stage to Cranbourne North (Stage 1).
The Cranbourne North (Stage 2) PSP is expected to provide approximately 2,000 new dwellings for around 5,600 new residents over the next 20 years. The plan reflects the significant natural and heritage assets of the area, responds to the natural landforms and creek systems within the site and provides open space connections through and beyond the plan area.

The Development Contributions Plan (DCP) for this precinct was amended as a result of Amendment GC75. Amendment GC75 made changes to 43 existing Development Contributions Plans (DCPs) by making changes to the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) payable in these DCPs.
