Derrimut Fields
The Derrimut Fields Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) is located in the City of Melton. It includes land bounded by Christies Road to the east, Boundary Road to the south, Hopkins Road to the west and Middle Road to the north. With Skeleton Creek running north to south through the precinct.
To address the need for employment land in Melbourne’s west, the State Government is unlocking land in the Derrimut Fields PSP area. Making more land available for industrial development will give a much-needed boost to industrial real estate in the area.
The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) as part of the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) are completing background studies and working with landowners and key government agencies to inform the initial draft of the Derrimut Fields PSP.
