Kororoit (Part 2) is located in the City of Melton. It includes the land bounded by Clarke Road to the east, the Western Freeway to the south, Sinclairs Road to the west and Kororoit Creek to the north.
The planning of Kororoit (Part 2) will need to integrate with the future Kororoit Creek Regional Park which occupies the majority of the precinct. The Kororoit Creek Regional Park boundaries have been approved and finalised.
