Project Status Update – April 2026

We have progressed the planning for the Melton East PSP by packaging and finalising the PSP and Infrastructure Contributions Plan (ICP). We are also progressing the land valuation process with the Valuer’s General Victoria (VGV) and relevant landowners.  

Since our last update in February, we have: 

  • Completed quality assurance reviews of the PSP and ICP in preparation for submission. 
  • Progressed the land valuation process, including scheduling conferences with the VGV in April. 

In the coming months, we will be focused on finalising the ICP land valuations process, with the VGV issuing its final determination after the conferences conclude. We will also be packaging the ICP and submitting the draft amendment to the Minister for Planning.
