Project Status Updates

Project Status Updates – March 2024

We have been working with the City of Casey to progress the planning for Croskell by addressing feedback from government stakeholders through the agency validation process, which commenced in August 2023. This is now nearing completion as we approach our next milestone which involves exhibiting the plans publicly.

Since our last update in November 2023, we have:

  • Continued to review feedback from government agencies on the draft precinct structure plan.
  • Commenced drafting the next version of the precinct structure plan, which will be exhibited publicly with all stakeholders having the opportunity to make submissions.
  • Published an update to the biodiversity assessment to incorporate the entirety of land within 1450 Thompsons Road, Cranbourne East.
  • Progressed the integrated water management plan, utility servicing assessment, cultural heritage interpretation strategy, aboriginal cultural heritage impact assessment and integrated transport assessment, with the publication of these reports expected over the coming two months.
  • Completed the review of the first set of draft engineering drawings for infrastructure projects included within the Croskell infrastructure contributions plan.

In the coming months we will be focused on updating the precinct structure plan to incorporate all government feedback received to date while finalising all outstanding technical reports in preparation for public consultation, which is targeted for mid 2024.
