Project Status Updates – July 2024
We have been working with the City of Casey to progress the planning for the Croskell (Employment) project.
Since our last update in May 2024, we have:
- Finalised the draft Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) and planning scheme amendment package in preparation for public consultation.
- Determined that a supplementary levy will be required which means that a draft Infrastructure Contributions Plan will be made available as part of public consultation.

- Published the Cultural Heritage Interpretation Strategy.
- Several other background reports – notably the Integrated Transport Assessment and updates to the Economics Report, Post-Contact Heritage Report and others – are nearing completion and will be published online upon commencement of public consultation.
In the coming weeks we will be preparing to release our draft plans for Croskell (Employment) for public consultation. We are not currently able to confirm a commencement date for public consultation, but will advise subscribers via email when we can.
