Project Status Updates – January 2025

We have progressed the planning for the Casey Fields South (Employment) and Devon Meadows precincts by finalising the Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) and amendment package for public consultation in the coming weeks.  

Since our last update we have: 

  • Continued to work with Melbourne Water to confirm the draft version of the Development Services Scheme (DSS) to be included within the PSP. 
  • Progressed the finalisation of the PSP and amendment package to undergo public consultation. 
  • Published updated technical reporting relating to biodiversity, odour, dust, noise and community infrastructure.  

In the coming months, we will focus on undertaking public consultation on the draft PSP and amendment package while finalising additional technical reporting relating to the proposed transport network. 

Public consultation provides an opportunity for community members and stakeholders to provide feedback on the project. Following the consultation period, we will carefully review feedback received and work with submitters to resolve issues that have been raised ahead of the Standing Advisory Committee hearing.
