Project Status Updates – March 2025

We are pleased to announce that public consultation on the Casey Fields South (Employment) and Devon Meadows Precinct Structure Plan and accompanying draft amendment has commenced as of 3 March 2025. All material is available for download and review on Engage Victoria via engage.vic.gov.au/cfsdm and the Casey Fields South (Employment) and Devon Meadows project page on the VPA website.   

Public consultation will conclude on 31 March 2025. During the consultation period, in-person and online sessions will be held for community members to learn more about the draft plan for Casey Fields South (Employment) and Devon Meadows.

For more information on session dates, times, locations and to register your attendance to these sessions, please visit Engage Victoria. 

The VPA will host weekly sessions throughout the consultation period with Melbourne Water to discuss drainage and stormwater matters. Prior registration is mandatory to attend a session. To learn more about session times or to submit your registration, please contact the project team via email at CFSDM@vpa.vic.gov.au  

In addition, the Development Services Scheme (DSS) has been completed in collaboration with Melbourne Water and has been published on the Melbourne Water website.
