Project Status Updates

Project Status Update – July 2025

We have progressed the planning for the Casey Fields South (Employment) and Devon Meadows Precinct Structure Plans (PSPs) by reviewing submissions received during public consultation and working to address and resolve issues where possible.  

Since our last update in March, we have: 

  • Successfully completed the public consultation process where we received 55 submissions on the proposed amendment.  
  • Collated submissions and begun analysis of matters requiring further attention. 
  • Met with stakeholders including landowners, developers and government agencies to address matters raised through submissions. 
  • Continued to work with Melbourne Water and landowners to review feedback relating to the Development Services Scheme and identify opportunities for further efficiency. 

In addition, we have published redacted copies of all 55 submissions to Amendment C295case on our website. 

In the coming months, we will focus on resolving submission issues in preparation for a Directions Hearing on 11 August and the VPA Standing Advisory Committee Panel scheduled for 22 September.
