Project Status Update – September 2025

Following consultation on the draft amendment, we have progressed the planning for Bannockburn South East by resolving submissions, amending documentation and preparing for the Standing Advisory Committee (SAC). 

Since our last update in July 2025, we have: 

  • Responded to all submissions by either resolving them directly or referring them to the SAC.  
  • Undertaken further engagement and discussions with submitters to workshop outstanding submission matters such as drainage. 
  • Begun the process of amending the planning scheme amendment package and supporting technical work based on the feedback gained from submissions. 

In the coming months, we will focus on preparing documentation and finalising the amended planning scheme amendment package in preparation for the SAC which will commence on 20 October 2025 and may run for two to three weeks.
