Project Status Update – November 2025
We have progressed the planning for the Clyde South Precinct by hosting two online landowner information sessions and completed an expression of interest process for Third Party Funding.
In the coming months, we will be focused on contacting landowners who have expressed an interest in funding the planning process and negotiating funding agreements.
