Project Status Update – November 2025

The Standing Advisory Committee (SAC) has recently provided its report for the Melton East PSP. We are now working with stakeholders to finalise the amendment for submission to the Minister for Planning. 

Since our last update in October, we have: 

• Reviewed and implemented changes from the SAC Report. 
• Engaged with agencies to finalise the amendment.  
• Commenced valuations for properties where landowners are providing a higher than average percentage of public purpose land within the Infrastructure Contributions Plan (ICP). 
• Prepared briefing documents for Ministerial consideration. 

In the coming months, we will be focused on packaging the PSP and ICP for finalisation, progressing through the land valuation process with relevant landowners and preparing to submit the amendment documents for Ministerial consideration and approval.
