Project Status Update – May 2026

We have continued to progress planning for Casey Fields South (Employment) and Devon Meadows. Tranche 2 of the VPA Standing Advisory Committee (SAC) hearing was held from 23 February to 17 March 2026. Following this, we are continuing to refine the PSPs in response to submissions and panel feedback received.

Since our last update in February 2026, we have:

  • Continued to engage with key agencies and landowners.
  • Started preparing land valuation assessments.
  • Finalised and published the Preliminary Site Investigation and Preliminary Risk Screen Assessment reports.
  • Published the Bushfire Development Report.

In the coming months, we will focus on:

  • Considering the SAC report and its recommendations.
  • Finalising the PSP documentation.
  • Progressing land valuation assessments to inform the Infrastructure Contributions Plan (ICP).
