Project Status Update – July 2026

Since our last update in May 2026, we have concluded the Standing Advisory Committee (SAC) process. The SAC was conducted between 19 and 29 May 2026.  

The SAC is an independent panel appointed to provide recommendations to the project team on how to address key issues.

In the coming months, we will focus on finalising the Planning Scheme Amendment documents for consideration by the Minister for Planning.
